What is DRF Online?
DRF Online is the electronic version of Daily Racing Form which allows you to customize your own online version of Daily Racing Form. We've made Daily Racing Form more accessible than ever by delivering the action right to your computer. You can now receive DRF past performances and all accompanying information including closer looks, analysis and selections (for major circuits), complete editorial coverage, Graded Handicap page, jockey/trainer stats, workouts, and other valuable statistical information with a few clicks of a button.
How much does it cost?
DRF Online Subscription Plans (prices last updated April 16, 2009)
Basic DRF.com Past Performances cost $2.95 per racecard, however significant discounts are available if you buy multiple cards. For example, the Basic Daily Plan gets you three (3) racecards for the same day, and costs $5.95. We also have monthly, quarterly and annual plans which offer even greater discounts on past performances.
How does it work?
The first step is to select the subscription plan that's right for you. Once your account has been setup you will have the capability to access the entire content of DRF Online. By entering your username and password, you will be able to navigate the information contained within DRF Online.
Can I purchase additional past performances?
Daily Plan customers have the option to purchase additional race cards beyond their three entitled tracks for that racing date only at the rate of $1.95 each.
Long-term DRF Online customers on a Standard Subscription plan will be prompted to the "Buy PPs & More" page to purchase a new plan when they reach the race card download limit or the time period elapses, whichever occurs first.
What format is it in?
Most DRF Online features are formatted in HTML with the exceptions of Result Charts and Past Performance files, which are posted in PDF Format (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader program for viewing). Additionally, comma-delimited Past Performance files are available through our Formulator software product.
What is the difference between early and late DRF Online PP editions?
Occasionally, early editions will be lacking program numbers or other information such as First Time Lasix, or blinkers on or off. This is especially true of editions downloaded before 7pm EST, two nights before a racecard. To guarantee you are getting all of the information provided by the racetracks, it is best to come in and download a final edition, available at 5pm the day before the races.
How do I get Adobe Acrobat Reader?

What time will each issue of DRF online be made available for viewing?
Early editions become available for downloading at approximately 8:00 P.M. Eastern time two days before race day. Final Edition Formulator files are normally posted by 5:00 P.M. the day prior to racing.

What method of payment do you take?
Only credit and debit card payments are permitted. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What are the recommended hardware/operating system requirements?
OS requirements: Windows 95 or higher or Windows NT 4.0 or higher. Macintosh OS 8 or higher. Minimum RAM: 32 Mb. Recommended browsers: Netscape 6.0 or higher, Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, America Online 6.0 or higher. You must also have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher to view pdf past performances.

How long does it take to print a card of past performances?
The average time to print a full card of past performances is Ten minutes, however printing time may very depending on how many races are scheduled to be run, and the performance capabilities of your printer.
Will the past performances look like they do in the newspaper?
Yes, the past performances available through DRF Online are identical to the ones you've become accustomed to in the printed edition of Daily Racing Form.
How will the rest of the paper be displayed?
DRF online will be displayed in a combination of easy to read text and charts.
Can I work offline?
At the time of downloading, you need to have established an Internet connection. Once files have been saved to your computer's hard drive, working offline is possible.

If I forget my password what do I do?
If you forget your password simply click the "Forget Password?" link on the members login page. By verifying information that is contained in your account application you can instantly receive a new password online.
How can I view my account activity or change my email address and other account information?
Yes, DRF Online clients will have access to their personal account information. After logging in, all you have to do is click the "Account" icon on the My DRF Home Page and you will enter the Account Information Center.From this area you can view your account activity, edit current information, and renew your subscription.
Does Daily Racing Form have a Customer Service Center?
Yes. Our Customer Information Center operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Representatives can be reached via e-mail at email@example.com or via telephone at 1-(800) 306-FORM (3676).
How do I learn the meaning of a particular symbol or statistic in the Daily Racing Form's Past Performances?

How can I obtain past performances or information about a specific horse or a specific race?

Why do some tracks in Daily Racing Form have program numbers in the Past Performances while others do not?
Daily Racing Form is published 48 hours in advance. If a track's scratch policy is such that program numbers are assigned prior to press time, they will be included as an added benefit to our readers.
