What’s the Difference Between Basic, Enhanced and Deluxe PP’s?
To change any account information, please login then click the "Edit Account" link which appears in the "Member Center". The next screen will be "Account Information".
I want to Update E-Mail Address
In order to update E-Mail Address or Street address, please do the following:
- Login to website with your login
- Click on "Edit Account" in the Member Center section.
- Click on "Manage Addresses"
- Scroll down & update address or E-mail address in appropriate field
I want to Opt-out of DRF E-Mails
In order to opt-out of DRF E-mail, please do the following:
- Login to website with your login
- Click on "Edit Account" in the Member Center section.
- Click on "E-Mail Preferences"
- Change status of box that says "I would like to receive a monthly e-newsletter plus special offers via email from Daily Racing Form"
I want to change my Login/Password
In order to change your login or password please do the following:
- Login to website with your login
- Click on "Edit Account" in the Member Center section.
- Click on "Change Login ID/Password".
- Update your login and password in the appropriate fields.
I want to update my Auto Renew Preferences
In order to update your Auto Renew Preferences, please do the following:
- Login to website with your login
- Click on "Edit Account" in the Member Center section.
- Click on "Auto Renew Preferences"
- Check the box if you wish to auto renew. If you wish to opt out of auto renew uncheck the box.
Credit/Billing Inquiries, Account Adjustments and Cancelled Cards
All questions or comments pertaining to billing and account questions should be sent directly to cservice2@drf.com.
When you purchase your next race card or subscription you will be prompted to the Credit Card currently on file. Check off the box that indicates this is not the credit card you would like to use. After you check the box, fill in your new credit card information and proceed with the order.
Select the Print Icon that is above the first entry. It is on the right hand side of screen. This will allow you to print the whole list of entries.
Beyer Pars are published in our Simulcast Weekly publication, which is available at most outlets which sell Daily Racing Form. For a list of places in your area, please go to our website (www1.drf.com) and on the dropdown under PP’s & Data choose DRF Print and click on "Form Finder".
Beyer Pars are also available in Simulcast Daily Online. Simply click on "Simulcast Weekly" under "DRF Print" on the left hand side of the home page, click on "Order Online", and choose the appropriate subscription.
What’s the Difference Between Basic, Enhanced and Deluxe PP’s?
The Basic PP's provide all the information you get in the newspaper edition as well as access to the Basic version of Formulator where you can utilize the program to customize the PP's in a variety of ways.
The Enhanced PP's allow access to the Moss Enhanced Past Performances which feature Moss Pace Figures as well as access to the Moss Pace Figure Report. In addition, the Enhanced PP's allow access to Formulator 4.1. The primary features that separate Formulator 4.1 from Formulator Basic are extensive access to comprehensive Trainer stats which are pulled directly from our database, as well as access to comprehensive charts from the last 3 races in the running lines of the PP’s. The Enhanced PP’s also let you access a number of DRF reports including the Sibling Summary which gives you a deeper look at all runner’s family history at the racetrack.
The Deluxe PP’s come in two formats: Deluxe PDF PP’s with video replay access and Moss Pace Figure-Enhanced PP’s with video replay access. All Formulator 4.1 users who purchase a Deluxe racecard will be able to view the Formulator 4.1 file, and will also have access to a PDF version of that same racecard which they will use to access videos. Eventually we will offer video replay access within the Formulator program itself. The Deluxe PP level also lets you access a number of DRF reports including the Sibling Summary which gives you a deeper look at all runner’s family history at the racetrack and The Quick Sheets which is a condensed Sheet that reminds you of the top Beyer Speed Figures, DRF Picks, and top angles on a racecard.
